Her work uses close observation to explore systems of performance across history, linguistics, labor, and ritual.&nbsp; She is a graduate from the California Institute of the Arts’s MFA in Film Directing, where she was awarded the Alison Doerner Fund for Women Pioneers in Filmmaking and the Lillian Disney Critical Reader Scholarship. She was a recipient of an Emmy Award as a producer on the documentary&nbsp;Masters of Modern Design in 2020.
